1. General Rules
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all registrations for BiPoCo.
2. Cancellation by Participants
- Registrations can be cancelled up to 2 weeks before the Event, i.e. before 10 August 2026.
- Cancellations submitted before the deadline receive a full refund.
- No cancellation fees apply.
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
3. Transfers of Registration
Participants may transfer their registration to another person if:
- The registration type matches (participant/speaker/sponsor/exhibitor)
- The transferred content (e.g. presentation, exhibition materials) remains appropriate for the Event
Transfer requests must be submitted via secretary@bipoco.hu.
4. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If the Event is:
- Cancelled → all paid fees will be fully refunded
- Postponed → participants may request a full refund or transfer to the new date
The organizers are not responsible for any associated costs such as:
- Travel
- Accommodation
- Visa fees
- Other participant expenditures
5. Payment Conditions
- Registration is considered complete only after successful payment.
- Participants must pay all fees before attending.
- No late-payment fees apply.
6. Modification of Registration Data
Participants may modify their data using the link received by email after registration.
Changes to essential data (such as VAT number) may trigger a new pro forma invoice.
